Case Statuses Explained
- Submitted β We received your information and your case has been created.
- In Review β Our team is analyzing your property and building your case. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
- Filed β Your protest (TX) or appeal (CA) has been submitted to the tax authority.
- Decision β A determination has been made on your property tax assessment.
- Complete β Your case is finalized and any savings are reflected in your tax bill.
When Will I See Updates?
Updates appear as your case moves through each stage β typically within 1-2 business days for initial review. After filing, timelines depend on your county's process.
Notifications
You'll receive both SMS and email notifications for significant updates like filing confirmation, hearing dates, and final decisions. You can also check your dashboard anytime.
