Terms & conditions

Welcome to TaxDrop.com, a service of TaxDrop, Inc. (“TaxDrop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

TaxDrop provides property tax consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Reviewing property tax assessments for errors and overvaluation.
  • Preparing and filing protests with county appraisal districts and appraisal review boards (“ARBs”).
  • Representing property owners in tax protest hearings under a valid authorization.
  • Monitoring future property assessments and notifying customers of potential overvaluation.

TaxDrop is registered and regulated under state and local laws where required.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Are the legal property owner, authorized lessee, or authorized representative of the property owner.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested.

3. Appointment of Agent

To provide services, you authorize TaxDrop to act as your agent by signing necessary documentation. This allows us to communicate with appraisal districts, file protests, and represent you before the ARB as permitted under state and county laws.

4. Fees

  • TaxDrop charges a contingent fee (percentage of tax savings) unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • If no tax reduction is secured, you owe nothing.
  • Fees are due upon confirmation of savings, as outlined in your customer agreement.

TaxDrop does not guarantee any specific reduction, exemption, or appeal result. Property tax protests involve independent appraisal districts and boards whose decisions are outside our control.

You agree to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxDrop, its officers, consultants, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or submission of false or misleading information.
