You pay after you receive your reduced tax bill or refund — not before. Here's what to expect.
Payment Timing
We'll send you an invoice once you've received your refund or lower tax bill from a successful reduction.
Payment Methods We will charge the credit card on file from onboarding for our full-service fee, based on the reduction we secure. If the payment fails, we'll contact you for a new payment method.Annual Fee?
You only pay for the year we protest. If you want us to protest again next year, it's a new engagement with a new fee — but only if we save you money that year too.
