How Much Does TaxDrop Cost?

TaxDrop charges a 25% contingency fee — but only on the savings we actually get you. If we don't reduce your taxes, you pay nothing. There's no upfront cost and no hidden fees.

How the Fee Works

  • The fee is 25% of your first year's tax savings only.
  • No minimum savings required. If we save you any amount, the fee applies.
  • No upfront costs. No enrollment fee. No hidden charges.
  • If we don't reduce your taxes, you owe us nothing.

Example Calculation

If we reduce your annual tax bill by $1,200, our fee is $300. You keep $900 in savings you wouldn't have had otherwise. The lower assessed value often carries forward to future years as an additional benefit.

Is 25% Worth It?

You're paying 25% of money you wouldn't have saved on your own — with zero risk. Most homeowners save 10-15% on their tax bill. For a $500/month tax bill, that's $600-900/year in savings, and you keep 75% of it.
