Rattikin Title

Closings in Tarrant and Parker counties

About

Rattikin Title opened in Fort Worth in 1944. Founder Jack Rattikin Sr. was a lawyer who had helped build Stewart Title's Texas operations, and the Rattikin family has run the company for three generations. In July 2026, Stewart Title bought a majority interest in the company, and the Rattikin Title brand continues.

The corporate office is at 201 Main Street in downtown Fort Worth. Other offices are in Arlington, the Cultural District and Willow Park in Parker County. It handles residential and commercial title and closings, and it teaches continuing education classes for Texas Realtors.

Why TaxDrop recommends them

We recommend Rattikin Title to buyers, sellers and agents in Tarrant and Parker counties who want an established local closing team. Here's why:

  • Eight decades local. The company has closed Fort Worth deals since 1944.
  • Family-run roots. Three generations of the Rattikin family have led the business.
  • Western DFW offices. It has offices in downtown Fort Worth, the Cultural District, Arlington and Willow Park.
  • Strong backing. Stewart Title, which held 12% of the Texas title market in 2025, bought a majority stake in 2026.
