I Got a Case ID but Don't See Updates

If you've submitted your information and received a Case ID but don't see status updates yet, here's what to do.

Normal Timeline

Status updates typically appear within 1-2 business days after submission. More complex cases may take slightly longer as our team reviews the details.

Check Your Dashboard

Make sure you're using the unique link from your confirmation email or SMS — not the main taxdrop.com website. Your dashboard is at https://app.taxdrop.com/login where you can request a new email link for access.
