Make sure you're using the unique link from your confirmation email or SMS — not the main taxdrop.com website. Your dashboard is at https://app.taxdrop.com/login where you can request a new email link for access.
Contact our support team at admin@taxdrop.com with your Case ID. We'll look into it right away.
